Key points of technological and process innovation:

1. Silicon golden yellow LED light source does not contain blue light components, which can avoid the light pollution problem caused by "rich blue light hazards" and improve the light environment quality of residents around the road. The silicon golden yellow LED light source does not contain blue purple light with a wavelength shorter than 500 nm. The color tone is soft and warm, which can reduce excessive glare to the driver's eyes when going uphill or turning, and improve the safety of road driving.

2. The silicon golden yellow LED light source contains only long wavelength yellow and red light components, with an extremely low color temperature of only around 2000K, the ability to penetrate fog is better in road lighting, especially in severe weather conditions such as rain, fog, dust, and haze. Moreover, the road surface of urban transportation roads is mostly made of cement or asphalt materials, which are more likely to absorb short wavelength light. Long wavelength light such as yellow and red light is more easily reflected. Therefore, the brightness of the road surface illuminated by golden LED street lights is higher, making it easier for drivers to see pedestrians and obstacles on the road surface and improve driving safety.

3. Silicon golden yellow LED light source does not use fluorescent powder, while "blue LED chip+fluorescent powder" is currently the main implementation method for white LED. During the conversion process of fluorescent powder, light will cause a certain loss of luminous efficiency, and over time, the fluorescent powder hinders heat dissipation. High temperature environments can cause the performance of the fluorescent powder to deteriorate, leading to a decrease in energy efficiency and light quality of the lamp. The golden yellow LED light source is synthesized using pure LED without fluorescent powder, which fundamentally avoids the problem of light decay caused by fluorescent powder and ensures the stability of the light quality of lamps for long-term use.

4. Silicon golden yellow LED street lights have the common advantages of energy saving, environmental protection, and long service life of LEDs. They also have the warm yellow color tone of traditional HPS lamps, and have a higher color rendering index and higher light quality than HPS lamps.
