Maintenance

1. Regularly clean solar panels: remove surface dust, fallen leaves, bird droppings, and other obstructions to ensure full absorption of sunlight and maintain charging efficiency. It is recommended to clean at least once a month, using a soft cloth or water to wipe and avoid scratching with hard objects.

2. Check battery performance and condition: Lithium ion batteries should avoid excessive discharge (such as prolonged rainy weather in winter). It is recommended to check the battery capacity degradation every quarter. If the battery life is significantly reduced (less than 6 hours), it should be replaced in a timely manner.

3. Protection level (IP65) maintenance: Regularly check whether the sealing ring and interface of the lamp body are aging or damaged, to prevent rainwater from infiltrating the internal circuit. If a decrease in sealing performance is found, it is necessary to replace the sealing strip or contact after-sales service for handling.

4. Light source and circuit testing: Conduct monthly tests to ensure the brightness of the LED is uniform. If there is flickering, dimming, or extinguishing, it is necessary to investigate poor circuit connections or damaged light sources. When replacing the LED, it is necessary to disconnect the power and match the original factory specifications.

5. Surface maintenance of integrated solar light body: Use neutral cleaning agent to wipe the lamp body (such as ADC12 aluminum surface) to avoid corrosion of anti-static coating by strong acid/alkaline solvents. If the surface scratches are severe, protective paint can be sprayed to extend the service life.
